Senior Engineer, Senior Engineer, OP [IDL] Equipment Engineering

1. Be response of Molding processes equipment as per capacity and quality requirement;负责Molding工序设备以满足产量和质量的需求；
2. Lead PM technician to carry out PM activities to ensure equipment is running in a good state;带领PM技术员执行设备的定期保养确保设备在较好的状态下运行；
3. Overall management on new equipment or transfer procurement, installation, acceptance, trial run and buyoff; 全面负责管理新设备或转移设备的采购、安装、验收、试跑以及验收；
4. Launch project to fulfill maintenance key indicators of Quality / Cost / Delivery / Productivity;实施项目以完成质量/成本/交货期/生产率等关键指标；
5. Investigate, analyze, report and follow up equipment major down and quality cases;调查、分析、报告和跟踪设备重大故障和质量事件；
6. Responsible for organizing equipment maintenance documents;

负责整理设备维护相关文件；
7. Organize training for technician to improve technician maintenance skill;组织技术员培训以提升技术员维修维护技能；
8. Equipment spare part and asset management;设备备件以及固定资产的管理；

1. College degree or above;大专或以上学历；
2. 10+ years semiconductor equipment maintenance related working experience;10年以上半导体相关设备维护工作经验；
3. Good project management, capacity extension or equipment transfer project experience is preferred;有良好的项目管理，产能扩充或者设备转移项目经验优先；
4. Good skill on English, office software and reporting;
有良好的英语，会熟练使用常用办公软件以及良好的报告能力；
5. Good communication skill and management ability;
有良好的沟通和管理能力；
